From Vision to Reality
When Abby and Melanie reached out, they knew exactly what they wanted: two engagement rings that felt intentional, meaningful, and deeply personal. These weren’t meant to be matching rings—they were meant to represent two individuals, two perspectives, and one shared life.
Our process began with listening. Abby came in with a reference image that captured the vintage aesthetic she loved. Rather than adapting an existing design, we studied the proportions, textures, and detailing that made the ring feel timeless, then recreated it from the ground up to reflect her vision.
The Vintage Rose Gold Ring
The first ring was crafted in 14-karat rose gold, chosen for its warm, romantic tone and vintage character. A soft pink radiant-cut center stone anchors the design, complemented by intricate vintage-inspired details throughout the band.
To make the ring truly hers, we carefully integrated her children’s birthstones into the setting—subtle, intentional, and symbolic. Every element was placed with purpose, turning the ring into more than jewelry: it became a reflection of her life and the love she carries with her every day.
A Bold, Custom Amethyst Design
Melanie’s ring took a completely different direction. For this piece, we sourced an amethyst and custom-cut it into a striking kite shape—bold, modern, and unapologetically unique.
The ring was built entirely around this center stone, with a sculpted profile designed to showcase meaning from every angle. Along the sides, we set the children’s birthstones, while Melanie’s fiancée’s birthstone was placed thoughtfully within the top arrangement, tying the entire story together.
